Recently I had the pleasure of having Tif and Kylee from Bibidi into the boudoir studio! I love sharing empowerment and these women dug right in. They’d told me that they wanted to get to know me and my brand a bit better and I said the best way to learn is to do! So we spent a midday rolling around, laughing and learning about empowerment and how that fits into boudoir.

What I love about Bibidi is at their core they believe in so many things that I do: lifting each other up, many hands make light work, and building strong community.

Who said branding photos can’t be candid?

Empowerment Boudoir is for everyone. It allows us time to challenge our preconceived ideas of what it means to exist within our bodies, and who is defining that. Boudoir sessions can lead to the steamy but also to simple pleasures and peace in ourselves. Sometimes our revelations are quiet, defiant and affirming, while other times explosive as we joyfully claim ourselves on our own terms.

During the course of this session they were asking me questions and grabbing clips and amongst giggles. I didn’t know they were sneakily building an interview to run as video. But it’s beautiful and I hope you go check it out!

I genuinely enjoy being around Tif and Kylee. They are such strong, inspiring people in their own right. That they find that echoed in me is humbling. Thinking about what we’ve done already and what we’re looking to in the future, I can’t stop grinning.
